I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and personal growth. I have over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, and I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion to the work that I do.
I earned my Master of Social Work from North Carolina Central University, and I proudly serve individuals across North Carolina through secure and convenient telehealth services.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, build resilience, and develop the tools needed to heal, grow, and thrive.

Blooming Minds Therapy provides outpatient mental health services for individuals ages 5 and up. All services are conducted via secure telehealth, allowing clients to access care from the comfort and privacy of their own environment.

Our approach is client-centered, compassionate, and focused on helping individuals develop the tools needed to heal, grow, and thrive.
I offer board-certified clinical supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians in North Carolina, including LCSWA and LPCA professionals working toward full licensure. My supervision approach is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in real-world clinical practice, helping you build confidence, sharpen clinical skills, and meet all state board requirements.
Supervision sessions are scheduled after every completed 30 clinical hours, in alignment with North Carolina board guidelines, ensuring consistent accountability and professional development throughout your licensure journey.
Sessions are available both in person and via telehealth for convenience, serving clinicians throughout the RDU area. Whether you’re seeking structured guidance, case consultation, or support navigating complex clinical work, I provide a steady space to grow into your role as a fully licensed clinician.
I also provide dedicated ASWB exam preparation support for LCSWA clinicians working toward independent licensure. This includes guided study assistance, test-taking strategies, and structured review of key content areas to help you feel confident and prepared for the clinical exam.
Supervisees gain access to curated online study materials, practice resources, and exam-focused tools designed to strengthen clinical knowledge and improve readiness for the ASWB exam. Support is individualized to your learning style and pacing, with an emphasis on building both competence and confidence as you approach testing.
This service is offered alongside clinical supervision to ensure you’re not only meeting board requirements, but also fully supported in successfully advancing to full licensure.
